Equality in all things for all people. 

“Ground Up” is a term created to represent a solution to inequality that says the foundations of our societies are the only place that full equality can build from. There is no history showing any benefit to trickle-down theories and policies except to those at the top of the economic food-chain. In fact, the "trickle" usually runs out just above the middle class. There's rarely a drop for those who live and work in the foundations, which is about 98% of us.

The foundations and their order of priority are a work in progress, but we like a working list with voting at the bottom, moving up through food, shelter, safety, health, work, and education at the top. Like a hierarchy of needs that sees a safe, content and calm life as important to survival as food and water. GUO will help build and support these foundations with anything reasonable that presents itself along the way. GUO’s efforts will always be underscored with the community-based goal of making each foundation strong enough to support the levels above, while agile enough to pull up the ones below. Ideally, we will see a cohesive ecosystem of foundational equality-building that periodically replicates and mutates into more perfect structures.

The mission is underway creating an organization that spends its time, talents, and resources on recreating the foundations of our societies.
